Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters

We run a small online store, and we want to be upfront about what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. This isn't a wall of legal language designed to bury you — it's a plain-language summary of how things work when you shop with us. If you have questions after reading this, the Contact Us page is always open.

We built our store around a simple idea: you give us just enough information to get your order to you, and we don't do anything weird with it. No selling your data to advertisers, no building secret profiles, no creepy retargeting that follows you around the internet. We're here to sell audio gear, not to monetize your browsing habits.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we need the basics to make that happen. That includes your name, your shipping address, your email address, and your phone number if the carrier requires it. We also collect the details of what you ordered so we can pack the right thing.

Payment information is handled by our secure checkout provider. We never see, store, or keep your full credit card number on our own servers. The moment a payment is approved, that information is encrypted and processed through a trusted third-party payment processor. We only see the confirmation that the payment went through, not your card details.

We also collect basic technical information as you browse the site — things like which pages you visit, how long you stay, and what kind of device you're using. This helps us understand whether the site is working well, which products people are interested in, and where we can make improvements. We don't use this to follow you around the web.

If you reach out to us through the Contact Us form, we collect whatever you choose to share in that message so we can actually reply.

How we use your information

Most of the information we collect goes straight toward one goal: getting your order to you correctly and on time.

We use your shipping address to label your package and get it on the right truck. We use your email to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking links. If there's a problem with your order, we use your contact details to reach out and sort it out.

If you've opted to receive marketing emails from us, we may occasionally send you notes about new products, restocks, or promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we'll honor that quickly. We don't sell or rent email lists, and we don't share your address with anyone outside the necessary shipping and payment partners.

We also use aggregated, non-personal information to understand how the store performs — which products sell well, which pages people visit most, and where people drop off during checkout. This never identifies you as an individual.

We don't sell your information

This is the shortest and most important section. We do not sell, rent, lease, or hand over your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever.

The only people who see your information are the partners we need to actually run your order: the shipping carrier that delivers your package, the payment processor that charges your card, and the technical providers who keep our website running. Those partners are only allowed to use your information to provide the service we've asked them for, and they're bound by their own privacy obligations.

If we were ever required to share information by law, we'd do so only after carefully verifying the request and, where possible, letting you know. We're not in the business of handing over customer data casually.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our website uses encryption to protect data in transit, our payment processor is PCI-compliant, and we limit internal access to customer information to only the people who need it to do their jobs.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. But we do things the boring, responsible way: we keep software up to date, we use strong passwords, and we don't store more information than we need. If we ever notice a security issue involving your data, we'll let you know promptly.

Your choices

Your information is yours, not ours.

If you want to see what information we have on file, or if you want us to update or delete it, send us a message through the Contact Us page and we'll take care of it. If you've subscribed to marketing emails and decide you'd rather not, unsubscribe whenever you like — we won't guilt-trip you about it.

You can also choose not to provide certain information, though that might mean we can't process your order. We'll always be clear about what's required versus what's optional.

If something about your experience felt off, or if you have questions about how we handle data, we want to hear from you. Transparency isn't a buzzword for us — it's how we'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
